Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Delta Rae Online Store: If any apparel, goods, or services purchased through the Delta Rae Online Store or the Behind The Door Secret Store are not to satisfaction or are delivered damaged, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please contact support@deltarae.com to process a refund, return, or exchange. All "SALE" items are final sale. All "VIP Experience" purchases are considered final, but if the VIP Experience is cancelled or rescheduled by Delta Rae we will offer a full refund and/or exchange.

Behind The Door Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription for whatever reason and receive a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. Please contact support@deltarae.com if cancelling within 48 hours. After 48 hours, you may cancel at any time but will not be issued a refund. If you cancel, you will not be charged at the next billing cycle and your subscription will continue to grant you access until it expires.

Delivery Policy

Physical items are shipped with tracking numbers. Digital goods (VIP Experiences, downloads) are delivered via email. Behind The Door subscriptions are managed through the MemberSpace platform. All purchases are in U.S. Dollars.
