Currently if you purchase a Key for $100/year it will be set to automatically renew each year, but you can cancel anytime and your key will still get you Behind The Door through the end of your current subscription term. Also your username and password will still be registered if you'd ever like to re-purchase a Key.

We are very sensitive to the current financial challenges facing so many, and we want to make going Behind The Door accessible for everyone. Please email us and let us know if you'd like to come Behind The Door, but can't afford a Key at the moment.

Yes. You have the option for a yearly $100 membership or a $10/monthly membership.

The live shows will only be available to watch afterwards if you have a membership to Behind The Door. They will not be available publicly afterwards.

Currently we do not have the ability to use gift cards for the Delta Rae online store through the platform we are using for Behind The Door. But we will be releasing some new merch items on our store soon if you still have a gift card you'd like to use!

Yes, the only way to watch The Revival or any previous online concerts, you must have a Key to Behind The Door.

Behind The Door has been designed to be experienced on any computer or mobile device, but because it is such a visual medium it is best experienced on a computer with high speed internet.

It will renew the date of purchase, but if you pre-ordered a key, we will give you all a discount code for your next renewal in 2021 as a thank you!
